The Vapetrix is the trading name of BMTick UK EU USA LTD, a British company with over a decade of experience in selling custom-made replacement parts and accessories for dry herb vaporisers like Arizer, Dynavap, Pax and Storz & Bickel. We're building this new brand and website to better showcase our growing range.

We ship all UK orders directly from our fulfilment centre in Leicester.

Our handling time is 1–2 working days. We recommend placing your order before 2PM for the fastest processing time. We offer Royal Mail Tracked 48® and DPD®, with delivery typically between 2–4 days.

We design and manufacture many of our parts ourselves, cutting out the middlemen. Our prices reflect streamlined production, not lower quality. We're a small team with minimal overheads, so we pass those savings on to you.

We sell our own third-party parts designed to be compatible with major vaporiser brands. Unless clearly stated, our products are not OEM, but they’re often more durable or customisable.

Yes. All of our glass parts are made from borosilicate glass — heat resistant, strong, and ideal for vapour use. It’s the same type used in lab glassware.

Most of our parts are simple push-fit. Just insert into place — no tools required. For anything tricky, we include guides or you can contact us directly.

Yes! Mix and match accessories, tweak cooling, change styles — we support your full customisation goals. Many of our customers combine pieces to get the perfect feel.

Soak glass in 91% isopropyl alcohol for 30 minutes, rinse well, and dry. Use a pipe cleaner or cotton bud for residue. Avoid sudden heat or cold changes to prevent cracking.

We don’t recommend it, resin and residue is best cleaned off with soaking in isopropyl cleaning alcohol. That being said, it very much depends on the part and how dirty it is.

Yes. All our accessories are legal to buy and use with legal dry herb vaporisers in the UK. Please ensure you follow local laws in your area.

You can return unused items within 14 days. If something isn’t right, let us know and we’ll sort it. We don’t argue about refunds — we fix problems.

Send us a photo within 48 hours of receipt and we’ll replace it for free. We pack everything well, but occasionally breakages happen in transit.
