Shipping within the United Kingdom

Free UK Shipping: The Vapetrix offers free shipping on all orders over £20.00 within the United Kingdom. Orders under £20.00 have a flat-rate shipping fee of £2.95.

Handling Time: Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days before shipment.

Royal Mail Tracked 48®: Our standard UK shipping service.

  • Transit Time: Delivery is typically within 2–3 business days after dispatch.
  • Tracking: Full tracking is provided and updates are available as your package moves through the Royal Mail network.

Royal Mail Tracked 24®: Our expedited UK shipping option is available at checkout.

  • Transit Time: Delivery is typically within 1–2 business days after dispatch.
  • Tracking: Full tracking is provided with regular delivery updates.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. While we work with our carriers to provide reliable delivery, carrier delays are outside our control.

Northern Ireland Shipping

We ship to Northern Ireland, however, some orders may need to be sent using Yodel rather than Royal Mail.

This is due to the additional customs and shipping requirements associated with shipments to Northern Ireland. In some cases, using Yodel allows us to avoid unnecessary customs friction and helps ensure your order can be delivered as smoothly as possible.

Please note: The carrier used for your Northern Ireland order may therefore differ from the service selected or normally used for UK mainland deliveries.

International Shipping

United States, Canada & European Union: If you are ordering from the US, Canada or the European Union, please make sure you select the correct country from the country selector at checkout. We ship domestically from within these regions, so orders are generally not subject to additional import duties or international import fees.

Other International Destinations: For orders outside the UK, US, Canada and EU, regular small-package shipping is £9.95.

International delivery times can vary considerably depending on the destination, customs processing and the local carrier.

Typical Delivery: International orders are generally expected to arrive within 5–15 business days.

Delayed Shipping: International shipments can occasionally take longer than expected. In some circumstances, orders may take up to 30 days to arrive.

Customs & Import Fees

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees depending on the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.

Customs requirements and import charges vary between countries, so we recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an international order.

UK Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of confirmed delivery to your address.

If there are any issues with your order, we recommend contacting us first so we can see how we can help.

Ideally, returned items should be unused and in their original packaging. However, if you are genuinely dissatisfied with your purchase, we understand that a product may have been slightly used. Depending on the circumstances, we can offer a full refund or replacement.

International Returns

We do not accept returns of items that have been used or opened internationally.

For items that have not been used or opened, we can accept returns provided they are received within 30 days. International return shipping costs are not covered by The Vapetrix.

International Warranty Policy

We do not accept international returns for vape parts that have been used. If you experience an issue with an item, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
