If we modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email, billing address, or phone number you provided during checkout. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale, distribution, or unauthorized export.

Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control.

Once we transfer the physical products to the shipping carrier, title and the risk of loss pass entirely to you.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

The Vapetrix is hosted on the infrastructure provided by Shopify. However, any sales, order commitments, payments, and product fulfillments are made directly with us. By using our Services, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible or liable for any aspect of the transactions between you and The Vapetrix, including any injury, damage, claims, or losses resulting from products purchased on our site. You hereby release Shopify and its affiliates from all liabilities arising from your transactions with us.

In no case shall BMTick UK EU USA LTD, The Vapetrix, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, replacement costs, or product liabilities—arising from your use of our products or services, even if advised of their possibility.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any legal actions or claims must be brought strictly within those courts.
