Shipping by USPS

Free Domestic Shipping: Orders over $25 (pre-tax) ship free within the United States. Orders under $25 ship for a flat $6.

Fulfillment & Carriers: Orders ship from our third-party warehouse in Michigan. Our standard service uses the trusted USPS Ground service, offering speed and reliability.

Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipment.

USPS Ground (US): Our standard shipping method provides fast and reliable delivery.

  • Transit Time: Deliveries typically arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Tracking: Full end-to-end tracking is provided via email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Priority Shipping (US): USPS Priority (2–3 business days) is available for a flat $9.95. Please note that the 1–2 business day handling time still applies before dispatch.

Duties & Fees (US): All US orders ship domestically, so there are no additional tariffs or import fees. Currently, sales tax is only collected for customers ordering to Michigan.

Regional & International Shipping

International shipping is available to most countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination and local regulations.

🇨🇦 Canada: CAD $14.99 Flat Rate

All duties and taxes are pre-paid in advance. You will not incur additional import charges on delivery.

🇲🇽 Mexico: GBP £9.99 (Approx. 242 MXN) Flat Rate

Import duties may apply on orders above $50. Please include your RFC number at checkout when required by customs.

🌎 Central & South America: GBP £14.99 Flat Rate

Covers Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, and Uruguay. Local import taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Dispatch, Logistics & Returns

Dispatch Location: Depending on stock availability and delivery speed, international orders may ship from either the United States or the United Kingdom to minimize transit time.

Note: If you are located outside North or South America, we recommend checking out via the UK or DE version of the site using the selector in the top left corner.

Transit Expectations: International delivery times typically range from 5–15 business days, occasionally taking up to 30 days depending on customs processing.

Returns & Warranty: We do not accept international returns or warranty claims for used dry herb vaporizer parts. Unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days. Customers are responsible for all international return shipping costs.
