Shipping within the United Kingdom

Free UK Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over £20.00 within the United Kingdom. Orders under £20.00 have a flat-rate shipping fee of £2.95 for Royal Mail Tracked 48®.

Handling Time: Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days before shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. While we work closely with our carriers to provide reliable delivery, carrier delays are outside our control.

Northern Ireland Shipping

We ship to Northern Ireland; however, some orders may need to be dispatched using Yodel rather than Royal Mail.

This is due to the additional customs and shipping requirements associated with shipments to Northern Ireland. Utilizing Yodel allows us to avoid unnecessary customs friction and helps ensure your order is delivered as smoothly as possible.

Please note: The carrier used for your Northern Ireland order may therefore differ from the service selected or normally used for UK mainland deliveries.

International Shipping & Customs

United States, Canada & European Union: If you are ordering from the US, Canada, or the EU, please make sure you select the correct region from the country selector at checkout. We ship domestically from within these regions, meaning orders are generally not subject to additional import duties or international fees.

Other International Destinations: For orders outside our primary domestic fulfillment zones, a flat shipping fee of £9.95 applies to regular small packages.

Customs & Import Fees: International shipments outside our core zones may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.

Returns & Warranty Policy

UK Satisfaction Guarantee: We accept domestic returns within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Ideally, returned items should be unused and in their original packaging. However, if you are genuinely dissatisfied with your purchase, we understand a product may have been slightly used. Depending on the circumstances, we can offer a full refund or replacement. Please contact us first so we can assist you.

International Returns & Warranty: We do not accept international returns or warranty claims for dry herb vaporizer parts that have been used. For items that have not been used or opened, we can accept returns provided they are received within 30 days. The customer is entirely responsible for all international return shipping costs.
