Charge it
Use a USB-C PD charger. A full charge usually takes 1-3 hours.
Load a Go Shell or tube

Go water-cooled

How long does the battery last?
Typically about 1 hour per full charge, depending on temperature, environment and battery age. A full charge usually takes 1-3 hours, and you can use it while it charges.
Can I replace the battery?
Yes. The Go SRT has a user-replaceable battery.
Go Shells or the glass aroma tube?
Go Shells give fast extraction with wide-open airflow; the Go Glass Aroma Tube is all-glass and simple. Read our guide to the Go Shells system.
Do my old ArGo glass tubes work?
Arizer says original Go frosted glass aroma tubes are fully compatible. Our ArGo stems are made for the ArGo and Go SRT.
What's the warranty?
Arizer gives a lifetime warranty on the heating element, a limited 2-year warranty on materials and workmanship, and 1 year on the battery. Glass isn't covered.
Can I use it with a water pipe?
Yes. Pair a Go Shell with the included Go WPA to connect to any 14mm water pipe. The display auto-rotates when you flip it.
Is it a genuine Arizer device?
Yes. We sell the authentic Arizer Go SRT. If in doubt, Arizer's own customer service can confirm it.
