Full or half loads
Use the standard lid for a full oven, or the half oven lid for smaller loads.

Four heat modes, where the first PAX Mini had none.
Charge it
Use the PAX magnetic charging cable (USB-C plug).
Load and choose a lid
Fill the oven and fit the standard or half oven lid.
Choose a heat mode
Quick-press to cycle the four modes; wait 3 seconds or shake to set.
Clean the 3D screen
Press either end with the Multi-Tool to lift it out.

Perfect fit
How is it different from the first PAX Mini?
PAX says the new MINI adds haptic feedback, four heat modes, a larger oven and a half pack oven lid. It launched in October 2025 and says 'PAX Mini 2' above the barcode on the box.
How do I change the heat mode?
With it switched on, quick-press the button to cycle through the four modes. Wait 3 seconds or shake it to set the mode.
Is the charging wireless?
No. It uses the PAX magnetic charging cable, which clips on magnetically and now has a USB-C plug.
Which oven screens fit?
The PAX 3D oven screen and the flat PAX oven screen both fit, according to PAX. See our 3D Oven Screens.
Which PAX should I choose?
