Leider teilweise defekt.

Leider ist das Mundstück defekt 14,5er wasserfilter Adapter ist gut. Habe das Mundstück zurück geschickt und erhielt eine komplette Rückzahlung.

Not as tight fitting as the original

Does the job but doesn't fit as tight as the stem that came with the device. I wouldn't trust the longer ones but these short ones work fine.
