I really like this piece, wish i ordered 1 more now that i know. Its as big as it can be without beeing to big and the extra balls adds even more cooling. The only con was that the fit is a little loose, it has a slight wobble and slides out some when inserted upside down although its definitely not so much that its a dealbreaker. I forgot to order screens so i was glad to see that they included some + other goodies for free. Very happy with the product and not least the customer service!
This is now my go to glass stem for my Solo3. Cool cool hits. Well happy with my purchase and the experience with Vapetrix. Will be back for more accessories
Best dry cooler I have ever tried. Airflow is great and the cooling effect is almost as good as with water cooling. A must have!
Not sure how much cooling effect there is, I'll try putting it in the fridge for an hour - THEN the stainless steel balls should noticeably soak up some heat.
That said, initially it is better than a straight glass piece of similar length, but once the chamber gets fully heated there's not much of a difference.
It's bigger than I expected, which I kinda like, and at least as heavy as the Solo II itself, so you'll want to be deliberate if not careful handling it.
The XL chamber is huge, bigger than in other XL pieces I have, which is a good thing. So far I only have the screen about halfway down it, which seems appropriate.
On balance I'm glad I bought it, the price is fair, I'd be less comfortable had I paid more.
I like this company, and will be doing business with them again.
