I really like this company and they have some very cool and useful things. But just one item seems to be the incorrect item. I contacted them in 2 ways and havent heard anything. Will it hold different sizes?
Yes. The silicone insert compresses to grip a range of diameters.
Can I clean the insert?
Yes. Lift it out, wash with warm soapy water or isopropyl alcohol, and let it dry before refitting.
Is the glass included?
No. The photos show example use only.
