Is the Chill-Path a glass mouthpiece for the Venty?
Yes. It fits the Venty cooling unit only. It does not fit the Mighty, Crafty or Veazy. See all our Venty parts.
Will the Chill-Path stay in?
The silicone seal is not as locked-in as the original plastic mouthpiece, so it can work loose until you are used to it. Push the gasket onto the glass first, then seat it, and check with a cold draw before you heat.
Plain, glass beads or steel beads?
The plain piece is the easiest to clean. Glass or stainless steel beads add surface inside the path for extra cooling.
How do I clean it?
Soak the glass in isopropyl alcohol, rinse with warm water and dry fully. Our Venty cleaning guide covers screens and the cooling unit too.
Chill-Path or a bubbler?
The Chill-Path cools with a longer glass path and no water. The Cascade bubbler cools more, but you add and empty water each session.
