How fast does it heat up?
About 40 seconds to 180°C. Storz & Bickel's manual notes it can take up to two minutes at higher settings.
Balloon or tube: what's the difference?
The balloon fills from the pump and cools the vapour over its large surface before you inhale. The tube lets you draw directly from the device.
How do I control the temperature?
Press + or - for 1-degree steps, hold for continuous change, and press both together to switch between °C and °F. The Web App works too.
Can I use the app on an iPhone?
Yes, through the Storz & Bickel Web App in a browser over Bluetooth.
Hybrid or Classic?
See the comparison. The Hybrid has digital 1-degree control, a tube as well as balloons, and heats in about 40 seconds. The Classic uses an analogue dial and balloons only, and takes up to 5 minutes to heat.
